Mojo Run Club is a women’s run club in Forest Hill, meeting on Wednesday evenings run By England Athletics coaches and leaders.

We run BEGIN (a 10-week beginner programme,) for those new to running or who haven’t run for a while and MOMENTUM (an ongoing improvers club), We are friendly, non competitive and supportive. MOMENTUM follows a structured approach with different level groups catering all abilities. The aim is to improve your pace, technique and stamina but it is very relaxed and social and welcoming too.

BEGIN 10 week courses run 3 times a year in Sept, Jan and April and start at 19.00 on Weds

MOMENTUM meets at 19.45 on Weds and you can join any time. There is also a monthly long run (7 or 10k)

There is also a Mojo Fit Hub featuring running strength, injury prevention and pelvic floor classes. Also nutrition advice and race plans.
