When? Monday’s 6.15pm
Where? Ealing Picturehouse
Who? Anyone new to running or coming back from injury
PAYG £1.99 per session on CLIQ or become an ERA member for a monthly cost of only £2.99 via CLIQ

When? Fridays 7am
Where? Caffè Terrazzo
Who? Anyone who can sustain 5 to 6 min/km
